HOME STAGING SERVICES
When you call Arranged Smartly, an Accredited Staging Professional will present a plan that fits your budget and time frame. We can stage your house for you or prepare a consultation, outlining tasks for you to complete. The services below can be tailored to meet each homeowner’s requirements.

VERBAL CONSULTATION
The stager will take a complete tour of the home with the seller, who takes notes as we discuss a plan to help their house present a great impression to potential buyers. The seller will implement the detaills discussed. $100.

PARTNERSHIP CONSULTATION*
The verbal consultation plus two hours of hands on assistance with the stager. This offers the homeowner help where they choose, such as with hanging artwork, accessorizing and placing furniture. Starting at $200.

WRITTEN CONSULTATION
The stager will take a complete tour of the home, taking photos and notes. A detailed, written plan for the homeowner to complete will be presented at a subsequent meeting. Starting at $250.

COMPLETE STAGING*
The stager will prepare the main rooms of an occupied house by rearranging furniture, removing excess pieces, hanging art and accessorizing. In a vacant property, we will bring in all furniture and accessories and set up key rooms of the house so it presents at its best. Every property is unique--call for pricing.

MOVE-IN SERVICES
After the move, the stager can assist with arranging furniture and accessories, hanging artwork and more. Call for details.
